BlitzWolf BW-MP1 1200LM LED Projector With WiFi Sells For Under $100

Tech company Blitzwolf are expanding their product range into projectors with the release of the portable BlitzWolf BW-MP1 LED projector.

Devices can be hooked up via HDMI or VGA or you can use the integrated SD card slot or USB port to play back media directly on the unit.

The projector itself features an 800×480 pixel resolution, which is essentially DVD resolution. It’s a little low by modern standards but will be fine for watching movies, particularly given that we’re talking about a $100 projector.

Blitzwolf claim that the LED lamp should be capable of outputting 1200 Lumens of brightness, which should be plenty in a darkened room though I’m guessing it’ll be too dim for a well-lot room.

The BlitzWolf BW-MP1 also features BW-Link, Blitzwolf’s wireless technology which will allow you to share content from your smartphone, tablet or computer wirelessly.

Inside the box, you’ll get the BlitzWolf BW-MP1 unit, IR remote, composite video cable, power cable and an instruction manual.

I’ve got one on the way so keep posted for my review in the coming weeks.

Getting One

The BlitzWolf BW-MP1 is available from Banggood for just under $100.

  1. Nice overview, you are right about the brightness, I found it alright in a dark room but not really usable in a office or daylight.

    • Thanks. Yes, I’m actually reviewing this model currently. Good for a dark room but next to useless is a well-lit environment.
