Egreat A5 Android TV Box Features Full Bluray Menu Support

The Egreat A5 is a new Android TV box that’s capable of a pretty rare feat. Thanks to Egreat’s partnership with Vidon, the Egreat A5 comes with full Bluray menu suppor, HD audio passthrough and support for automatic framerate switching.

The Android box itself is powered by the quadcore Hi3798C V200 which was also seen in the HiMedia Q10 Pro that I reviewed recently. It runs Android 5.1 and also features 2GB of DDR3 RAM, 8GB of eMMC storage, b/g/n wifi, Gigabit ethernet and Bluetooth 4.0.

There’s also USB 3.0 and external SATA ports for adding storage, as well as an LED display for displaying the time and other status info.

Inside the box you’ll get the Egreat A5 Android TV box, IR remote, power adapter, HDMI cable, SATA cable, and an English instruction manual.

Where to Buy the Egreat A5

The Egreat A5 is available from GeekBuying for around $200.
