ONENUTS Nut 1 Android TV Box Features Amlogic S912

After revealing the ONENUTS T1 Windows projector/tablet/PC hybrid a while ago, the oddly-named company is back again with the ONENUTS Nut 1 Android TV box.

Running Android 6.0.1 and powered by the octacore Amlogic S912, the ONENUTS Nut 1’s specs place it in the higher end of Amlogic S912 devices. Inside it’s bright blue (?!) aluminium case, you’ll find 2GB of DDR3 RAM, 16GB of eMMC storage, dual band wireless AC, Ethernet, and Bluetooth 4.0.

Based on the marketing material, it appears that the ONENUTS Nut 1 will feature a custom launcher, OTA updates and some sort of “customised” Kodi installation – though I’m assuming it’ll just be pre-installed with the usual set of add-ons.

Inside the box, you’ll get the ONENUTS Nut 1 Android TV box, IR remote, HDMI cable, power adapter, user manual and, most interestingly, a carry case – though I’m not sure how often you’d be moving around your Android TV box.

Where to Buy the ONENUTS Nut 1

The ONENUTS Nut 1 doesn’t seem to be available for purchase though you can contact SZTomato for more info.

  1. With more 4k streaming coming online and the bigger clampdown on pirate content these boxes are beginning to look underpowered and obsolete.

    • Yeah, I’m finding the same thing (it may even come out in my writing :P). They’re all pretty much the same which means support will be the differentiator.
