MeeGoPad T09 Windows Mini PC Features Intel X5-Z8350

The MeeGoPad T09 is the company’s latest Windows PC.

Sporting Intel’s new quadcore X5-X8350 SoC, it also features 4GB of DDR3 RAM, 32GB of eMMC storage, dual band Wifi, Gigabit Ethernet and Bluetooth 4.0.

Windows 10 is pre-installed too so it’ll be ready to use out of the box.

There’s also a USB Type-C port which the company’s marketing material suggests can be used for dual monitor setups.

The Z8350 is rapidly replacing the aging Intel X5-Z8300, which appeared in most cheap Windows PCs over the last 6-12 months so expect to see it far more often. It should offer a slight improvement in performance, though expect this to be fairly small.

Inside the box you’ll get the MeeGoPad T09, power adapter, HDMI cable, and an English instruction manual.

Chuwi HiBox is a Dual OS Mini PC Packing the Intel X5-Z8350

Tablet maker Chuwi has revealed the Chuwi HiBox. Powered by the quadcore Intel x5-8350, it should offer a moderate boost over existing Intel X5-Z8300 powered mini PCs whilst keeping staying a relatively small 120x120x25mm.

The mini PC supports dual operating systems, allowing you to use both Windows 10 and Android 5.1. This opens up an immense number of apps across both platforms.

The rest of the specs are good too. It features 4GB of DDR3 RAM, 64gb of eMMC storage,  wireless AC, Gigabit Ethernet and Bluetooth 4.0.

Inside the box you’ll get the Chuwi HiBox Mini PC box, power adapter, HDMI cable, bracket, screws and an English instruction manual.

VOYO V1 Mini PC Features Intel Apollo Lake Processors

The VOYO V1 is the company’s new x86-based mini PC. Powered by Intel’s reasonably new Apollo Lake platform, the VOYO V1 features either the quadcore Intel N4200 or Intel N3450 processors and is capable of running Windows 10 (though no word if the licence is included in the price).

The specs themselves are fairly solid. It features 4GB of DDR3 RAM, 32GB of emmc storage, a 128GB SSD, dual band wifi, gigabit Ethernet and Bluetooth 4.0. There’s also 3 USB 3.0 ports for fast data transfer.

The unit itself is reasonably small at 12x12x2.8cm. To keep the whole thing cool, the VOYO V1 features active cooling via a fan, in addition to its metal case.

For those who like their mini PCs with some color, it’s available in 3 versions: rose gold, tyrant gold (a.k.a. standard gold) and royal blue.

Inside the box you’ll get the VOYO V1 Mini PC, HDMI cable, power adaptor and an English instruction manual.

Where to Buy the VOYO V1

The VOYO V1 is available from GearBest starting at around $230.

Vorke V2 Mini PC Appears (Plus a Presale Offer)

There hasn’t been much happening in the world of Windows/x86 Mini PCs lately, with most of the new releases focusing on Android. However, GeekBuying have recently listed the new Vorke V2 mini PC which looks interesting.

The Vorke V2 is the reasonably named followup to the Vorke V1 (which left me with some very positive impressions). Powered by Ubuntu out of the box (but also supporting Windows though you’ll need to bring your own licence), it’s a compact PC with everything you need to get started.

Thanks to its small form factor (and an included VESA bracket), you’ll even be able to mount it behind your compatible monitor for a minimalist setup.

vorke-v2-mini-pc-n02

In terms of specifications, the Vorke V2 comes in several variants powered by Intel’s Skylake architecture. You can choose between either the Intel Core i5-6300U or the more powerful Core i7-6500U, both of which include Intel HD 520 graphics for improved gaming performance.

You’ll also need to decide whether you want 128GB or 256GB of SSD storage.

The rest of the specs are equally solid, featuring 8GB of DDR3 RAM, support for 2.5″ SATA hard drives for additional storage, 2 USB 3.0 ports, a USB Type C port, Gigabit Ethernet, and Wireless AC. There’s no mention of Bluetooth connectivity however.

That USB Type C port is important, as you’ll be able to use the Vorke V2 in dual monitor setups by purchasing a USB-C adapter, in addition to the various other features USB Type C enables.

Inside the box, you’ll get the Vorke V2 Windows Mini PC, HDMI cable, power adapter, VESA bracket and a user manual.

Where to Buy the Vorke V2

The Vorke V2 is currently on presale over at GeekBuying starting at $349.99.

Vensmile K8 Windows PC Features Flexible Keyboard and Touchpad

It’s been a little while since I’ve been there’s been anything truely unique in the world of mini PCs so the new Vensmile K8 is a welcome addition, if a little bizarre thanks to it’s integrated flexible keyboard and touchpad.

The Vensmile K8 is a Windows 10 PC powered by the quadcore Intel X5-Z8300 chip. Inside, it features 4GB of DDR3 RAM, 64GB of eMMC storage, dual band wireless b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0.

It’s also got support for both VGA and HDMI, so you should be able to get some dual monitor action going.

However, the fact the K8 has a built-in keyboard and touchpad is the most unique feature of all. The touchpad houses all the actual components and supports all Windows 10’s gestures. The attached waterproof keyboard looks like the cheap silicone models you can pick up online for under $20. This does allow you to fold up the device into a fairly compact package to carry with you which is nice.

I haven’t personally tested the keyboard on the Vensmile K8 so I’m hoping it’s a significant improvement over the horrible experience I’ve had using flexible keyboards in the past.

Inside the box, you’ll get the Vensmile K8 Windows PC, HDMI cable, power adapter, and a user manual.

The MINIX NEO Z83-4 is the latest Windows PC in the popular company’s stable of devices.

Inside you’ll find 4GB DDR3 RAM, 32GB of eMMC storage, wireless AC, Ethernet and Bluetooth 4.2 – the latest Bluetooth standard currently available.

4GB is a nice inclusion and should be helpful for those who love to multitask. This also goes for the included mini DisplayPort, allowing you to set up a second monitor for some dual-screen action.

The Onenuts T1 is a Windows 10 Tablet with a 720p Projector

The Onenuts T1 is one of the most unique devices I’ve ever seen. Whilst we’ve seen hybrid PC/tablet devices such as the PiPO X9S, the unfortunately named Onenuts device is something else – fusing together a PC, tablet and projector.

The Onenuts T1 is powered by the quadcore Intel X5-Z8300 and runs Windows 10 on its integrated 8-inch 1280×800 pixel IPS touchscreen. An integrated 4,850mAh battery lets you use it on the go.

If you want to use it as a normal PC, you can hook it up to a monitor via HDMI with all the ports you’d expect.

However, for those of you who want a bigger image, the Onenuts T1 also packs in a projector with a 1280×720 pixel resolution. The company claims that you’ll be able to get a 150-inch image out of it but you’ll likely need a dark environment as it’s only rated for 220 lumens of brightness.

The rest of the specifications are pretty typical of other Intel X5-Z8300 devices. The projector features 2GB of DDR3 RAM, 32GB of eMMC storage, wireless AC, Ethernet and Bluetooth 4.0.

Inside the box, you’ll get a the Onenuts T1 tablet, power adapter, and IR remote.

Where to Buy the Onenuts T1

The Onenuts T1 is only available to distributors currently, though you can contact Tomato for more information.
